All of our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If our product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full credit for the value of the product.

Non-Defective Returns:

YOU MUST initiate the return process within 30 days of receipt of your order.

1. Customer fills out the Jewelry Return Form found in the "ORDERS" tab in the account dropdown.
2. Divinity Metals issues an RMA number to attach to the return.
3. Customer returns jewelry and pays for shipping.*
4. Divinity Metals evaluates the return and issues a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

Manufacturing Defect Returns:

1. Customer fills out the Jewelry Return Form found in the "ORDERS" tab in the account dropdown.
2. Divinity Metals issues an RMA number to attach to the return.
3. Customer returns jewelry and pays for shipping.*
4. Divinity Metals evaluates the return and issues a full credit.
5. Customer reorders the missing/damaged items from the website.
6. If the defect cannot be verified and is not used, a credit for the jewelry less a 15% restocking fee will be issued. 

*Please make sure that the jewelry you send back has been sterilized and is free of debris. Product should be individually bagged with the indicator strip attached.
